How to play Seep

  • Four cards start face-up on the floor. On your turn you play one card from your hand.
  • Capture: a number card takes any floor cards — singles or groups — that add up to its value (A=1 … 10=10). A J, Q or K only takes floor cards of the same rank. You can take several groups at once. If your card can capture, you must take at least one group.
  • Trail: a card that can't capture anything is laid face-up on the floor instead.
  • Seep (sweep): clear the whole floor in one capture and your side scores a +25 bonus (not on the very last card of the deal).
  • Points: every spade in your capture pile is 1 point, and the 10♦ is 1 point — 14 on the table each deal, plus any Seep bonuses.
  • When every hand and the stock are empty, leftover floor cards go to whoever captured last. Higher total wins the deal. In 2v2 partners (South–North vs West–East) pool their piles.
  • This version has no "house" builds — captures and trails only. The computer plays an honest heuristic: it chases seeps and spades and won't hand you an easy sweep.

Seep

The Indian fishing game — Sīp. Play a card, capture everything on the floor that adds up to it, and hunt for the sweep. Open a table for a friend (1v1 or 2v2 partners), pass-and-play on one device, or take on the computer.

Capture by the numbers

Play an 8 and lift every 8, every 5+3, every 6+2 on the floor in one go. Face cards fish only for their own rank.

Sweep for the bonus

Clear the entire floor in a single capture — a Seep — and your side banks a fat bonus on top of the spades you hauled in.

1v1 or 2v2

Heads-up, or partners across the table pooling their piles. Pass-and-play keeps your hand hidden behind a hand-off screen.

Honest bot

The computer grabs the spades, takes the sweep when it's there, and thinks twice before trailing a card that sets you up.
